All payments are handled by Paypal. PayPal is governed by their own Privacy Policy. No information regarding payments received will be displayed on PetSiteGuides.com or any other website we own and operate. Nor will this information be shared with a third party.

Email Addresses
Pet Site Guides does require that an email listing be matched with every website listed on our pages. Your email address is only used to correspond with you regarding your site's listing on the Guides. We will never sell or share your email information with a third party.

Email addresses are also requested to further protect your site listing against requests by third parties to change or delete your listing without your permission.

Personal Names
We ask all submitters to provide us with their personal or business names at the time of submission. This information will solely be used for any future correspondence between Pet Site Guides and the submitter.  The names of site owners will never be displayed on our site unless they are contained within the submitted description for the site.

Site owners may request that their personal name be removed from their publicly displayed site information at any time through our contact form or by emailing us at the address contained in your listing acceptance letter.

Personal and business names will never be sold or used to convey third party advertising or other promotions.

Geographical Information
Pet Site Guides requests geographical information from our submitters to further categorize our listings. As the Guides grow,  those product and service providers for whom location impacts their business may/will have their general location information added to our listings.
