Pigs Peace Sanctuary

Pigs are amazing animals and misunderstood as an easy pet. We strongly discourage pigs as pets. That small piglet you invite into you home does become a very large animal. Most pig rescue organizations are truly overwhelmed by the unfortunate animals that have simply grown to adulthood. Pigs Peace Sanctuary is a hard-working organization in Stanwood, WA. Founded in 1994, this nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to providing a safe home for unwanted, abused or neglected animals in need while also discouraging the fad of having pet pigs and other exotic animals that need care beyond what the typical household can provide.
