Welcome to Pet Site Guides!

My family has always shared our homes with a variety of pets. From frogs in the bathtub (what we do to our Mother's when we're little - lol) to cats, dogs, fish, snails, birds, and yes, a few more frogs; pets have always been welcome companions in our lives. Well, I'm not so sure how much companionship the snails were, but their efforts at keeping the fish tank clean were much appreciated.

As the Internet has grown, it has become harder to find quality, informative websites on some topics - pets being one of them. While we have no plans of becoming the next Google, Pet Site Guides was started to provide a resource to finding sites that share useful information or actually sell animals, food, or supplies for their care.

What makes this site, dare I say better, than Google is that every website that is listed has been individually reviewed to ensure it is everything it claims to be. The sites listed here will be checked to ensure that they remain active as well as remaining true to topic. We request your assistance in maintaining the Guides and welcome any reports of sites needing further review.

In the early days of Pet Site Guides, some of our Guides may not have as many listings as we would like; but, we hope you can bear with us as we grow to a more informative reference site.
