Pet owners should be informed before giving their furry friends any medications. Many pet medications are perfectly safe. Just like humans, some medications for pets can cause strong adverse allergic reactions, some are simply being given in the wrong doses and some are proving to perhaps be completely unsafe.
 
Previcox is a drug often used to treat arthritis and pain. One site dedicated to dog health has been collecting emails of personal stories from dog owners of their experiences with this medication.
